Hailey and Mags is a local showroom based in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Our items are available for sale on this website. However, you can visit where some of these items are available for purchase. Please note, pricing will differ at as those prices are in USD and include shipping and handling costs.
Once you are ready to place your order you can do over the phone or by email. We can accept Visa or MasterCard, debit payments must be done in store.
For standard orders (as long as the tiles are in stock) you can expect to pick them up from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Custom tile orders will vary in lead time and will be final sale.
We understand that you want to be sure about the tiles you pick for your newest project. We offer free sample rentals to all our local customers to take home and ensure its the perfect tile for their space. We carry a large selection of samples in our showroom but if we don't have it during your visit we will do our best to order one in for you to try out in your space.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you're tiles are pre-ordered you have to option to cancel the order unless it is a custom order. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
